Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (USD).
Orders under $50 are charged a flat $4.99 shipping fee.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days after they have been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. RichGrabs is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
